Are you still undecided about going to the NAPO Conference in Florida? Keep in mind that the rates are going up on Wednesday!

It may seem like a big expense, especially if you’re not yet earning a steady income from your organizing business, but there’s nothing like finding yourself surrounded by others who share your passion for organizing! It’s an amazing experience and an investment you won’t regret. I’ve never been to NAPO, but I’ve met many people whose first experience with the organizing industry was the POC Conference, and who decided to join the association before they even got home!
Then of course there is the opportunity to meet and learn from veteran organizers, including Monica Ricci and Krista Green, as well as other experts, such as marketing guru Michael Port, who will be delivering the closing keynote address.
Worst case scenario – your conference experience might tell you that an organizing career just isn’t for you. Wouldn’t you rather find that out before you put a lot of time, money, and effort into it?
If Florida’s too far away from you, or you can’t fit this event into your schedule, maybe one of the following conferences will work better for you:
August 28-29, 2009: 3rd Annual Professional Organiser Conference in Western Cape, South Africa
September 3-4, 2009: 2009 Australasian Association of Professional Organisers (AAPO) Conference in Brisbane, Australia
October 1-3, 2009: NSGCD Fall 2009 Conference in Los Angeles, California
October 2, 2009: Orvention ’09 in Oisterwijk, Netherlands
November 6-8, 2009: 9th Annual Professional Organizers in Canada Conference in Calgary, Alberta
April 21-24, 2010: NAPO Conference in Columbus, Ohio
April 6-9, 2011: NAPO Conference in San Diego, California
