Since this is Stress Awareness Month, I thought I’d tap into my great network of professional organizers and ask them to share what they know about the connection between stress and disorganization. With so many being away at the NAPO Conference last week, I was a bit concerned that I might not get many submissions to this month’s Blog Carnival, but I’m thrilled with the responses, and hope you will be too.
We have two new participants this month, so please join me in welcoming them:
Sue West – Working on the Business Means Putting Myself First
Michelle O’Sullivan – Stress and Disorganization (no longer online)
Here are the rest of this month’s posts:
Pauline Wiles – Sniff Out Your Stress Sources
Elaine Shannon – Why do you want to get organized?
Michelle Panzlaff – Simplify for less stress (no longer online)
Paul H. Burton – Where Stress and Disorganization Collide
Janine Adams – Standards of clutter
Linda Samuels – Family, Friends, Nature & Clutter
Ellen Delap – Distress and Disorganization
Ramona Creel – Getting Organized To Reduce Stress
Janet Baker – Paper Tiger Filing System in the Office Can Prevent Melt Downs and Disasters
Audrey Cupo – Improve Your Memory
Heather Burke – The Craziness is in the Details (no longer online)
Master Cruz – Opportunities are LIMITLESS When Organized
There’s a wealth of wisdom here, so be sure to set aside some time to read all the posts, leave some comments, and get to know the bloggers! You’re sure to pick up some great advice, either for yourself or for your clients.
We are now accepting submissions for next month’s Professional Organizers Blog Carnival, when our topic will be Moving. The deadline is Monday, May 9.
A former professional organizer, I'm now a Website Design and Care Specialist. I love helping others succeed by sharing the knowledge and insight I’ve gained through marketing my own business for over 15 years! When I’m away from my desk, I enjoy reading, photography, watching movies, and cooking.

Thank you, Janet! I’m behind with my reading, but am looking forward to catching up with these.
One of the highlights of my month is reading all the different approaches to a similar topic and all the great ideas! Of course, I have the advantage of being able to read them as they come in… 🙂
