We all know that organizing isn’t a one-and-done process. No matter how well our systems are working, they’re bound to need tweaking from time to time. Major life changes like starting a new job or adding a family member have a huge impact, but even when life is relatively calm, something as predictable as a change of season can wreak havoc on our routines if we’re not prepared.
For this edition of the Productivity & Organizing Blog Carnival, I asked my readers to submit blog posts covering any aspect of organizing for seasonal changes, and they came through with tips to help with your wardrobe, your home, your mindset, your mood, and more! Please join me in thanking them for their contributions by clicking on their links, reading their posts, commenting on them, and sharing them with your network.

Organizing and resetting at times of seasonal change is so smart. We have a built-in reminder to tackle certain projects. I love all these suggestions. Such a great group of ideas and thoughts from people who are in the trenches with clients on this every day.
I was just working in a basement with someone today, organizing their holiday decorations so they will be reading when the big season hits in a month. Very rewarding, and even though the basement isn’t climate controlled, this is the perfect time to be working there!
Thanks for including my tips. 🙂
I agree, a change in the weather is a signal that we need to be ready for what’s ahead, and I love that there are so many approaches to the topic!
