Organizing Music - Professional Organizers Blog Carnival

It’s been a long cold winter across most of North America, leaving many of us cooped up indoors. The upside is that it’s provided us with lots of time for activities like reading, watching movies (or binge watching TV shows) and listening to music.

This last activity is the subject of this month’s Professional Organizers Blog Carnival. It’s such a great time to organize your music collection, whether it’s sheet music, CDs, vinyl, digital files, or even musical instruments, that I asked my writers to share their blog posts on the topic of Organizing Music.

Next month’s Professional Organizers Blog Carnival will be on Organizing and Social Media, and submissions are now open. Whether you write a post specifically for the Blog Carnival, or submit one you’ve published in the past, we want to read it! You have until 7 PM EST on Tuesday, March 19 to make your submission.

I didn’t have a post to contribute to this one but will enjoy reading the posts of my fellow organizers. Interesting topic! I have an old clarinet in my attic that I am not sure what to do with, especially because the cork is old and dried out.

You’ll definitely have to check Sheri’s post for some possibilities.

I know a guy who repairs musical instruments. I can ask him if your clarinet can be restored.
