One thing that we humans all have in common is the need to eat. Most of us enjoy it, and home cooking seems to be on the rise again. And where there’s cooking, there are recipes that need to be organized!

This edition of the Professional Organizers Blog Carnival is all about Organizing Recipes, and EverPresent is our sponsor. EverPresent works with professional organizers and other experts to help modern families to manage their memories, preserve their legacy, and enjoy their photos and videos again.

Great collection of posts. When my mom passed, I got rid of her old Italian cookbooks because they were in Italian. I didn’t want nor did I have the time to go through and translate them. But, I am glad that I wrote up recipes while watching her cook the summer before I went back to college my senior year. I refer to these cards (now in digital form) a lot these days and am so grateful to have them.

I’m glad you did that too! I kept a lot of my mom’s stuff after she passed, but I wish I’d kept more of the things she created or gave me while she was alive.
