Ten minutes doesn’t sound like much time, does it? When that’s all you have, it’s easy to fritter it away checking your social media accounts or playing a game on your phone, but ten minutes here and ten minutes there can really add up by the end of the week.

I asked my readers to share their blog posts about Ten-Minute Tasks and they did not disappoint! There are enough ideas here to keep you busy for a very long time, so choose the ones that best fit your schedule and your lifestyle.

Wow, this drew a lot of submissions! It really is surprising how much you can get done in as little as 10 minutes. Ten, focused minutes can be much more productive than 30 distracted/interrupted ones. Spend 10 minutes a day for a week and suddenly you’ve put in more than an hour. Super idea for a blog carnival! Thanks for including my post. 🙂

I think you may have suggested this topic or a similar one a long time ago, and I just never got to using it until now. It’s the biggest one we’ve had in a while, so thank you!

Clearly there are many things we can do by focusing small time blocks. Ten minutes is short, but long enough to accomplish all kinds of things. Especially if you’re having a frustrating day, consider using ten minutes to get something done and have a win for the day. It will feel good and move things along. Love all the ideas. Thank you for including my post in this fun collection, Janet.

That’s a great suggestion, Linda. A break doesn’t have to be spent checking the latest weather, news, etc. and you can pick something you’ll enjoy.

What an inspiring carnival! Everyone wants a speedy way to solve their organizing problems, but at least these will truly move people forward!

Yes! And once they gain momentum, they may find themselves ready to tackle some larger organizing jobs.
