Laundry is one of those tasks that never really ends, but the right setup and routine can make it easier to manage.

For this month’s edition of the Productivity & Organizing Blog Carnival, I asked my readers to share their blog posts about laundry rooms and routines.

I didn’t have a post of my own to include this month, but this Carnival brought back memories of my very first website, Jan’s Helpful Home Page. In the late 1990s, I shared household management tips and invited people to send me their challenges. Someone actually did, which amazes me to this day. If you’ve ever asked your readers what they’d like to read about, I bet the response was underwhelming. But I digress. The one and only email I received was about managing laundry. After sending my reply, I posted my reader’s question on my website, along with my tips and some adorable laundry-themed clipart. I guess I was blogging before that was even a thing!

As you read the posts listed below, please connect with the bloggers on social media, leave comments, and share your favorite posts with your network.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this month’s Blog Carnival!

The topic for the next Productivity & Organizing Blog Carnival will be Selling Used Goods, and you’re welcome to submit your post any time before 11:59 PM EDT on April 16, 2025.

Do you offer a product or service that would interest professional organizers, productivity consultants, or their clients? Why not maximize your exposure by sponsoring an upcoming edition of the Productivity & Organizing Blog Carnival?

I’m so delighted with all the different ways people approached a laundry. I looked at it as a project and time management issue, some people came at it as literal laundry, and others others had a combo approach. There were a few here I’d never read, so I’m looking forward to reading them in between my own fluff & fold moments.
