A construction worker is one of many mobile workers who don’t have the option of keeping everything they need in a desk drawer or cabinet.

There’s a lot of talk these days about working from home, returning to the office, and the hybrid work model, where employees split their time between the two locations. Each scenario presents its own set of challenges and benefits.

But what about folks who have no fixed workspace? This includes pharmaceutical and other outside sales reps, locum tenens and others who work in multiple locations, construction workers, and even professional organizers who serve clients in their home or workplace. These mobile workers don’t have the option of keeping everything they need in a desk drawer or cabinet. Instead, they need to develop efficient ways to manage their work tools and schedule.

This is certainly a “hot topic” these days. Seems like the majority of people I know are doing at least some kind of remote work. Thanks so much for including my post. I’m looking forward to reading what others have offered. 🙂
