A former professional organizer, I now eliminate stress for my clients by hosting, monitoring, and maintaining their WordPress sites so they don't have to worry about security, downtime or performance issues. When I'm away from my desk, I enjoy reading, photography, watching movies, and cooking.

A lot’s happening between now and the end of the year, including American Thanksgiving, Chanukah, Winter Solstice, Christmas and Kwanzaa – not to mention birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and other special events! Organizing all the moving parts can be daunting, and even someone who’s mastered it previously may be overwhelmed if they haven’t done it for a few years.

For this reason, I invited my readers to contribute their blog posts about Organizing for a Celebration to this month’s Productivity & Organizing Blog Carnival. Whether you’re looking advice for yourself or a client, you’re sure to find something valuable here.

As you read the posts listed below, please connect with the bloggers on social media, leave comments, and share their posts and this one on social media. Please use the hashtag #POBC in your social media posts.

I think the holidays are definitely a “season” when implementing structure and systems can make a big difference. I appreciate being included, and all of these excellent posts to help us get through.

You’re absolutely right! I am not too bad about planning ahead on things like gift shopping, baking, etc., but there are always things I don’t think about until it’s too late, like hair and nail appointments.

Thank you Janet for the opportunity to submit! The holidays are so stressful for many, I am hoping with the help of all these blogs that people get out of the holidays some JOY!
