Organizing and Couples – Professional Organizers Blog Carnival

A former professional organizer, I now eliminate stress for my clients by hosting, monitoring, and maintaining their WordPress sites so they don't have to worry about security, downtime or performance issues. When I'm away from my desk, I enjoy reading, photography, watching movies, and cooking.

It’s nearly Valentine’s Day, the holiday that’s all about love and romance. If you’re wondering what’s that got to do with professional organizers, many couples face challenges due to different organizing styles, and it’s often the organizer’s role to help them create systems that work for both of them. I’ve therefore asked my readers to share their blog articles on the topic of Organizing and Couples.

This month’s issue of the Professional Organizers Blog Carnival is sponsored by Stacey Agin Murray, author of The Organized Bride’s Thank You Note Handbook, so we’ll start with Stacey’s post, Organizing MY Home: A Two-Foot Wide Mudroom.

Whether you and your partner (or the clients you’re helping) are both neat freaks, have a high tolerance for clutter, or are at opposite ends of the spectrum, you’re sure to find some helpful information in this line-up. When you find something you like, don’t forget to leave a comment or share it on social media! Please use the hashtag #POBC in your social media posts.

Next month’s Blog Carnival topic is Organizing Basements and Attics, and we’ll be accepting submissions from tomorrow through to 10 AM on Tuesday, March 10. Can’t wait to read all the great ideas!
