I’ve recently had the privilege of creating unique WordPress websites for three distinctly different Canadian clients, and I’m excited to share them with you today.

Caldwell Evolution Inc.

I began working with Carolyn Caldwell several years ago, when I designed a WordPress site for her organizing business, Wellrich Organizers (now Altered Organization, and soon to be redesigned).

Carolyn is involved in a variety of projects in addition to hands-on organizing, so in 2015 she established Caldwell Evolution to represent the various services, products and interests she represents professionally. I was honored to create a website for this new venture.

Marilyn Turner, MSW RSW Counselling Services

Although she’s been in private practice for over 25 years, Marilyn had never had a website, relying primarily on referrals and word-of-mouth marketing. Her listing on a social worker directory adequately served as her online presence until they restructured the site, changing her profile URL from name-of-the-site/marilynturner to name-of-the-site/random-letters-and-numbers – impossible to remember, and totally unsuitable to include on a business card! It was definitely time for her to get her own site.

Because she didn’t need to display a lot of information, I suggested a one-page format which would allow website visitors to quickly find the details they needed. Having known Marilyn since we were children, it was a real pleasure to develop a design that helps others see what a warm and approachable individual she is.

CFI Finance

Providing a specialized service to a unique clientele, Mark MacDonald needed a site to clearly explain who he could help and how he could help them. Like Marilyn, he needed a website more for credibility than for lead generation.

Since I typically design websites for women, I had a lot of fun with this industrial, masculine-looking site.

These are so beautiful. You’ve got me thinking. I know I am do for a complete overhaul… I recommend you, Janet, whenever anyone asks who could help them with a website! If you ever want to come down and be a guest speaker at a NAPO-CT meeting, let me know. Would love to have you!

Oh wow, Seana, that would be exciting! I’m not much of a traveler, but I will definitely give it some thought. I have a friend in CT that I haven’t seen in many years.

All of these are beautiful. I particularly like Caldwell Evolution Inc. website. Simple but effective. I really like it when you can look around and find information on a site easily. Thanks for sharing your projects. It gives me inspiration for my own sites. =)

I always love seeing your latest handiwork, Janet! My website, like Seana’s could use some work. I, too, take credit for some of your NAPO popularity! 🙂
