Once someone has decided to tackle a weekend, or a few, to getting organized, figuring out the best way to use that time can be a challenge. Where should they begin, and how much can they reasonably expect to accomplish in a weekend?
Knowing that many of my readers will have answered these and other questions about weekend organizing projects on their blogs, I invited them to contribute their posts to this month’s Productivity & Organizing Blog Carnival.
The sponsor for this edition is Sabrina Quairoli of Sabrina’s Organizing & Admin Services, a Megastar Blogger who has contributed to more than 50 editions of the Productivity & Organizing Blog Carnival. Sabrina has been working from home since 2001 while raising two kids, taking care of two dogs, and starting her business while her husband traveled extensively. To learn about the strategies and routines she’s developed to make her work and days effective, download a copy of her free ebook, Creative Ways to Deal with Distractions, like kids, dogs, and cats in your home office.
This is an excellent collection of tips for organizing paperwork, kitchens, closets, garages, and much more. Whether you’re planning to take on a weekend organizing project yourself or looking for great information to share, you’re sure to find it here.
Check out all the great submissions, and be sure to show the bloggers your appreciation by leaving comments and sharing their blog posts (or this one) with your network, using the hashtag #POBC in your social media posts.

What a wonderful collection! I love that I was able able to sponsor this POBC this month. I can’t wait to visit all the posts and share their thoughts.
I’m thrilled too – so nice to have you here!
So fun to learn a bit more about Sabrina. Thank you for including my post in this month’s POBC. What a great collection!
I look forward to diving in.
It is fun to learn new facts about people we know. I recently learned some interesting things about a colleage I’ve known for over 10 years!
There is something awesome about a weekend organizing project. It is just enough time to make a big difference, and come away feeling like a superhero. Especially if you can do the “prep” work ahead of time, two days can be super productive! Glad to be a part of this topic. 🙂
Thanks to Sabrina for sponsoring… and really being “ahead of the game” with working from home from 2001!
I think prep work may be key to a productive weekend. If you don’t decide what you’re going to do in advance, you can easily lose half a day just deciding what you need to do and in what order.
Always great learning on the blog carnival. Thanks for including me.
It’s always my pleasure!
What a fabulous POBC topic, and perfect for reading as we approach the weekend! I can’t wait to read these!
Lots of great ideas and information – enjoy!
